Finally got my hands on this wonderful carry-on backpack, the Aer travel pack. I have been a fan of one-bag/minimalist travel for some time now, and had been looking for something worthy to replace my old top-loading Vertikal backpack. This will be the one bag to rule all bags for my travels in future, even on long-haul trips. Looking forward to using it on my solo trips next year!
It’s easy to procrastinate doing things that will add value to your portfolio in the longer term, simply because it is the harder thing to do.
Learning a new skill takes time and effort. Most people will choose to nua instead, especially when it is coming off the back of a long weekend.
I am one of those who are guilty of this as well. But I think that if we just take a little bit of time off to work on those side projects, that little bit of time can go a long way towards helping us keep on track.
Today is Boxing Day. It’s easy to tell myself that everyone else is out there partying and celebrating with friends and family, and so decide to take the day off like everyone else. But I like to be a little different, so I will be spending the rest of the day with Udemy, where I started a course on machine learning, and catching up on some of the podcasts and readings that I have not done for the last few days.
What will you be doing?
